Black Swan Group is a producer and global wholesaler of award-winning Vodka, Gin, and Single-Malt spirits, and the owner of the Stralsund Spirit Company brand and the innovative “Booze Buckets” concept. With rapid growth across Germany, Europe, and worldwide, we are seeking a driven sales professional to expand our footprint in on-trade, off-trade, and retail channels.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and develop new B2B accounts (HORECA, beverage wholesalers, cash-and-carry, retail).
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships; drive up- and cross-selling.
  • Plan and execute tastings, promotions, and trade-show appearances.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within your region.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing and customer-service teams to maximise impact.

What You Bring

  • Proven sales success in beverages, FMCG, or a comparable sector.
  • A strong network within gastronomy and/or retail is a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated, willing to travel extensively, valid driving licence (B).
  • Passion for premium spirits and strict commitment to youth-protection laws.
  • Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) communication skills.
  • Hunter mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset.
