We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our global team — on a 100% commission-based structure. If you thrive on building strong B2B relationships and turning satisfied customers into long-term partners, we want to hear from you.

To support our customer teams, we are hiring motivated, commission-based Customer Success Manager in South America.

🔧 Your Role:

  • Strengthen and support our local sales teams

  • Build partnerships with wholesalers, retailers, and horeca clients

  • Identify and open new accounts in your territory

  • Promote our brands at events and trade shows

  • Work closely with headquarters on market strategy

🧳 What You Bring:

  • Sales experience in beverages or FMCG

  • Strong local market knowledge and contacts

  • Passion for spirits and brand building

  • Self-motivation, independence, and drive
